Head of a man
Summary
The head is made of limestone. The tip of the nose and part of the right ear are missing. Traces of red colour in the hair are visible to the naked eye.
Description of object
The face is broad and plump with a double chin. Small deep-set eyes under finely arched brows. The small mouth is slightly open, the chin dimpled. He has short curly hair and long whiskers. Traces of red paint on the eyes. The head is slightly turned to the left. The head belonged to a cloaked statue, indicated by remnants of a cloak on the back of the neck.
Limestone with traces of red paint. Tip of nose and part of right ear missing.
